On 11-16-18 around 7:22pm, I delivered Olive Garden to a employee of Pizza Loca at 12241 Florence Ave. Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670 location.

The companies/mini corporate business is @ 12251, but the employee working this night had me drop her food off at 12241, where she was working as a answer calls-telephone representative. I work for postmates, so this was where I dropped her food off at. Your employee must've been very angry with her food because when I asked her for my postmates card that I left in her Olive Garden bag, she came back out with it ripped up. She shredded my post mates card into multiple pieces and did not give an explanation for it.

I was very angry and got in my car and left. She and her friends locked the door (which means they felt scared or some kind when there was no imminent threat, I was outside of the building next to my car, and they were not doing their jobs as call reps because they were all at the door). I do not have information on post mates customer delivery addresses, so there was no way for me to get in contact with any one at the location to report your employee or figure out her name. She is described as Mexican Latina women, very young probably no older than 25 or younger.

She also has very red hair (her whole head is dyed red). She made false allegations to Post mates against me, which cost my account to be deactivated. Also, since she ripped my card up, she made me miss promotions and earnings so I could not work or make money, which affects my livelihood and way of living. This is abhorrent to the fullest extent and I do not accept that an employee of La Pizza Loca should not be held accountable for her actions.

Her actions do not just reflect a character of herself, but it also reflects the companies judgment on who they are hiring to work in their organization. I hope that a thorough investigation is done to resolve this matter. Before I take any legal actions, I would like for La Pizza Loca to handle this matter first because it is a matter with your employee at your organization.

Reason of review: An employee at the corporation facility made me feel unsafe, unhappy, disappointed, and hurt. She made false allegations and commited a violent angry act..

You have no grounds for legal action of any sort ; forget it and quit being so sensitive. Get a new card and please learn to deal with the public since that's what you've chosen.
